We recommend that you plan your travel at least 10-15mins before your initial consultation. For standard treatments, please arrive 5mins early. In doing so, it'll help you to relax and settle into the home practice as well as giving yourself time to fill out your client intake form and ask any questions. We understand that Life gets busy and we will always try to accommodate to your needs, however, we do have some company policies for lateness or short-notice cancellations.

COVID-19 Policy:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all clientele (regular and new) will be requested to fill out a Precautionary Liability Release Form prior to their treatment. All clients are expected to remove their shoes before entering the home practice as well as washing and sanitizing their hands at the premises before their treatment,

Late Policy:

We will always do everything we can to make sure that you receive your full treatment time. Please be advised that if you do arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, your therapist may only be able to offer you the remaining time left from your treatment and will still retain the right to charge full treatment fee. We also advise if you could please give a courteous call to notify your therapist if you are running late on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

In respect to the therapist who is holding a space for you, as well as the wait-listed clients, we kindly ask that you provide us with minimum 24hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Unless in the case of emergency or any other valid reason is provided, a cancellation fee may be waived from you therapist's discretion.

Please be advised that if you do not show up for your appointment or provide very little notice about attendance, and your therapist is unable to fill in your spot, a 50% cancellation fee from your booking will be charged.
